It's nice to say, but how do we get there, really? There might be many ways. But here is one that we believe will help A LOT:

People have been trying to create business as a force for good for decades. Some have succeeded.
Some of the greatest successes have come when women step up, break the rules, and model a new way of Being that makes a new reality possible.
We need more of this! Are you with us?

Why Women?
We're not here to make sweeping generalizations about gender or people in general. Every person has both masculine and feminine energy no matter their gender, orientation, or creed.
There is some research however, that shows teams led by women tend to perform better. Why?
Women, in general, display more feminine energy. That is the energy of tuning in to emotion. Their own emotions, the emotions of a colleague, the emotions of a team.
Science has told us for decades that emotions are the driving force of decisions, relationships, and actions.
It makes perfect sense that leaders that do a better job of emotional resonance will do a better job of performance.
We need this perspective more in the workplace. We need more emotional resonance helping guide us to joy, compassion, connection, and belonging at work. That's how we're going to create our greatest work together.
But it all starts with a woman doing this for herself first.
4 Steps For A Woman to Empower Herself:
The world needs more women to step up and lead with their emotional skills and heart-based perspectives.
If you are a career-driven women, you very likely want this too. In fact, you probably crave this from the bottom of your being, but the world and current systems make it difficult for you to actualize that.
That brings us to our our first step for empowering yourself, and then we'll go through the list.
Assess where you are currently playing by unhelpful rules. The old systems are crumbling. It's time to cast them aside. But many women are still acting like their old work personas that fit those systems. This maybe have brought success in the past, but you need to drop these masks if you want to see what real fulfillment and impact looks like. You might feel vulnerable at first, but you will also be more powerful. Identify the rules you listen to, the masks you wear, and let them go.
Know your unique value. Every one of us has a unique combination of energy for impact, gifts, talents, and life lessons. This is your Skill Stack. This is your calling card. This is your most valuable contribution. Do you know what you're is exactly? Could you describe all those elements of yourself to someone else? So many women are not confident about their unique value and impact because they haven't identified it and owned it. Start this process.
Master your Emotional GPS. Our emotional systems are guiding us. Every emotion we experience is a culmination of millions of subconscious processes, showing us how our nervous system sees ourselves and the world. Emotions show us what our nervous system thinks is safe and what is not. Master the messages that emotions are telling you and you can break free of fear, anxiety, procrastination, self-criticism, and everything that is holding back in your life and work. It leads to natural confidence and creativity. Mastering emotions is also the gateway to connecting with your true intuition and higher self. If you don't have a system for this, get one.
Create Success Rituals All of us have routines and rituals and habits - things we do daily that are building our future from our present. But do your rituals intentionally match your vision? Do they match your ideal future? Do they match honoring yourself and your unique value completely? Do they call you into bold action that you haven't taken before so you can experience a reality you haven't experienced before? This is how you turn planning and action into a driving force for new successes. You make rituals.
